SHAWNA VERCHER is the CEO of VTi-Group, Inc., a media and business innovation company. Considered by many to be a pioneer in the publishing industry, Ms. Vercher has been recognized by her peers as a leading executive and was recently named one of the top ten social media experts in the world. An award-winning writer, speaker and frequent talk show guest, Ms. Vercher has worked with a number of distinguished individuals and brands including Dr. Sheila Johnson, Governor Jeb Bush, the National Football League Super Bowl, Home Depot, McDonalds, Huffington Post, Pepsi Co, Disney, and President Barack Obama.
Married to her college sweetheart and mother of five-year-old Madeleine, Ms. Vercher currently serves as President of The Society of Successful Women. Her motto, adopted from a Google executive, is “Never settle for the best.”

Patel was a recipient of the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2008 Up & Comers award in the Under 30 Catagory, named one of "Tampa Bay's 100 Most Influential Business Leaders" by Tampa Bay CEO Magazine, and was featured as a "Rising Star" by the St. Petersburg Times. In 2009, the St. Petersburg Times named Aakash M. Patel as one of the "5 People to Watch."
As Executive Director, CHRIS LAFOUNTAINE brings over twenty years of corporate experience to the table. Chris leverages her extensive background to strategically manage the rapid growth of our organization. Her responsibilities include everything from daily operations management to gala event coordination. There's a saying at VTi - "Just ask Chris; she knows everything."
